Description
Provides leadership, guidance and support to members of the team, service partner network and clients, ensuring operational and customer service excellence. Job preference is to be on-site in the Brentwood, TN Office
Requirements
Team and Client Support
Partners with and/or supports VP, Client Services with the following:
o Policy and matrix development, policy benchmarking, revisions, updates, etc.
o Delivery and completion of all phases of client implementation process and guide
o Process and procedure development and updates;
o Report development, creation and management, as requested
o Client meeting prep and/or delivery; assist with presentation creation
o Drives and/or supports RVC (technology) related needs for team and clients
Supports operations team with advice, guidance and training as needed or required
Develops and maintains a positive and professional working relationship with all members of the team, customers, clients and service partners
Accepts additional job assignments and participates in project work as requested
Adheres to all company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook
Attends and actively participates in all team and/or other meetings and training sessions as deemed appropriate
