Nomad Temporary Housing is a full service international provider of temporary housing. We have 42,000 temporary apartments in every corner of the globe. Nomad is the first independent provider of international temp housing, we do not carry our own inventory. Instead, our unbiased approach gives our clients access to the incredible aggregated supply of over 200 quality suppliers of temp apartments, combined with the full service of working with only one firm.
Company History
Nomad formerly launches in early 2011.
Nomad Temporary Housing was founded by Gavan James, a well known and well respected leader in temporary corporate housing. Gavan's experience includes 30 years with Oakwood Worldwide, the last 16 years running all of Oakwood's business units in his role as Senior VP & GM.
Nomad is being created with the incredible assistance of some of the most well known firms and people in the relocation industry. The business plan was reviewed by these key contributors over many months before Nomad launched. This input was instrumental in bringing the unique elements that makes Nomad a superior choice for clients who wish to have the benefits of multiple suppliers without the hassle.
